Another Hole in the Head

Sophie finally lost another tooth.  It had been hanging on for a really long time, and was driving her crazy.  She would constantly wiggle it, twist completely around, and it still wouldn’t fall out.  As she told me the day before it finally left her mouth for good, “I hope my tooth falls out soon.  My tongue is getting sore from pushing on it.” 🙂 Finally, at lunch it fell out when she bit into her apple slice.  Hurray! However, the tooth fairy didn’t come that night because it also happened to be the night of her slumber party, and the girls didn’t get to sleep early enough…
