Our version of a Christmas Village

As recently noted on this blog, we went to Playmobilland this fall.  While there we picked up this little gem.It’s a Playmobil Christmas market.  Isn’t it just too cute?  We set it up right after Thanksgiving and have enjoyed it all month long.   Not sure if it’s very clear, but behind the stands, there is a little organ.  If you push a button, it plays Christmas songs.  Totally awesome!  Next year the kids and I might try and build a more realistic looking diorama thing to set it in.  You know, with “snow” on the ground, some blue sky, etc.  And you may, or may not believe this, but buying it was all, 100%, Chris’ idea. 🙂
