We love bread. It’s the one food we will all eat with no complaints whatsoever. We eat it in pretty much all it’s varieties as well; whole wheat, sourdough, rye, plain old white flour, banana, zucchini and even herb. But a couple of years ago I tried a new recipe that was an instant family hit. It was this recipe right here. I modified it a bit, adding more cinnamon and mixing it all into the dough completely, rather than in a rolled layer, since that is what we are used to in the cinnamon raisin bread we love so much from the States.
The first loaf is devoured the day I make it.
Naturally, it tastes best when toasted.
Then there’s this guy, who would rather have chocolate granola for breakfast. No yucky raisins in chocolate granola.
